A food I really like

 Hello everyone,

the food I like the most are the noodles with sauce, can be any type of sauce, especially the so-called "alfredo sauce" which is made with ham and white sauce, probably my favorite.

A reason why it is one of my favorite dishes, is because they are easy to prepare for any occasion, you just have to put the noodles to cook in boiling water 15 minutes and prepare the sauce you like, in my case cut ham and cook it next to the sauces that come ready that sell in the super… and ready, you have your plate food ready to eat.

As for the healthy, noodles are not so healthy, since they provide too many carbohydrates however at present there are different types of cereal with which they are made and there are some better than others, for example multigrain.
